- The Center provides daily exercise classes, education programs, meals, and Meals on Wheels for surrounding area

Monday: Walking Club 830 AM & Zumba Gold 9:30 AM
Tuesday: Seated Yoga 1030 AM
Wednesday: Walking Club 830 AM & Tone and Stretch 9:30 AM
Thursday: Zumba Gold 930 AM
Friday: Walking Club 830 AM
